Anderson Estate Sale Dates and Times 7/8/2017 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) 7/9/2017 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) Location 126 Scenic Circle  Lexington, TN Directions From the intersection of Hwy 22 and Hwy 412 in Lexington, go west on Hwy 412 for 1.3 miles. Turn right onto Eastern Shores Drive and go 1.1 miles. Turn left onto Scenic Circle and go 600 feet. The home is on the right. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and , of course, cash Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. Sale Description This sale will be in a large home in the Eastern Shores Subdivision at Beech Lake in Lexington. This was the home of the late Roy “Monk” Anderson and Sue Anderson. Although the home is practically full of items for sale, the executor of the estate is bringing more items from storage. Many of those items will be placed throughout the beautiful home and some things will be displayed in the garage, which is filling up fast. This will be a large sale with something for everyone.
