Sol Colston Road Finger,
TN Directions From the intersection of Hwy 45 and Hwy 100
in Henderson, go south on Hwy 45 6.9 miles to Laurel Hill Finger Road. Turn
right onto Laurel Hill Finger Road and go 1.4 miles to Sol Colston Road.
(From here, you can see the home in the distance to your right). Turn right
onto Sol Colston Road and go .2 miles. The home is on the left. Look for the
Keepsake Estate Sale Sign. IMPORTANT: Because the Chester
County and McNairy County boundary line lies between Hwy 45 and the home,
online maps and your GPS unit will show the home being .7 miles east of its
actual location on Sol Colston Road. We recommend using the Laurel Hill
Finger Road route.
Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and , of course, cash Numbers will be given out at noon Friday. Bring your own boxes and
packing materials. You will be responsible
for loading your own items. We are not responsible for
accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. Sale Description This sale will be at the home of Linda Essary and the late Jimmy ‘Jim’
Essary. It is a large beautiful home
in a country setting between Henderson and Selmer. Linda and Jim were owners
of Lexington Chevrolet from 1993 to 2011.
Jim was an avid collector and much of what he collected will be for
sale, including Chevrolet, John Deere, UT Vols, and Coca Cola
collectibles. There will also be gun,
knives, and coins from his collection.
The sale will feature a commercial zero turn mower, 4X2 utility
