TN Directions From the intersection of
Hwy 412 and Hwy 22 in Lexington, go west on Hwy
412 380 feet. Turn right onto Huntingdon
Street/Old Huntingdon Road and go 2.2 miles.
Turn left onto Pine Cone Drive and go 1,200
feet. Turn right at the “Beasley
Place” sign onto Beasley Drive and go .5 miles. Turn left onto Countryside Drive and go 600 feet. Turn left onto Farmington Cove and go to
the end of the street. Look for the
Keepsake Estate Sale sign.
NOTE: The street signs for
Countryside Drive and Farmington Cove have been removed temporarily. Follow the Keepsake Estate Sale
directional signs.
Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and , of course, cash Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and
packing materials. You will be responsible
for loading your own items. We are not responsible for
accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. Sale Description This sale will be in a beautiful home located in the Beasley Place
Subdivision. There will be a variety
of items for sale, ranging from very new to very old. The large, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is now on the market and is listed with
Crye-Leike Preferred in Lexington.
