gate will open Saturday at 7:00 AM 8/22/2021 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) The
gate will open Sunday at 12:00 PM Location 32 Rock Ridge Cove Jackson, TN 38305 Directions Google Maps From the intersection of I-40 and Hwy 45 Bypass
in Jackson, head north on Hwy 45 Bypass for 3.1 miles. Turn left onto Old Humboldt Road and go .5
miles. Turn left onto Ashport Road and go 1 mile. Turn right onto Arbor View Drive and go .2
miles. Turn right onto Rock Ridge Cove
and go 300 feet. The home is on the
right. Look for the big yellow
Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00
AM Saturday. Bring your
own boxes and packing materials. You will be
responsible f or loading your own items. We are not
responsible for accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale will be at a large beautiful home in the gated community of
Arbor Springs in north Jackson. In addition to the fine furniture and home
decor, there will be a lot of tools and tool cabinets. Most of the
tools and cabinets are Craftsman. The gate will open Saturday at 7:00
