Goodrich Estate Sale Dates and Times Completed Sale Location 509 Highway 45 East Medina, TN 38355 Directions From the intersection of I-40 and the Hwy 45 Bypass in Jackson, go north on Hwy 45 Bypass 6.7 miles; turn right on to Hwy 45 East toward Medina and Milan and go 2.7 miles. The home is on the left. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Google Maps Terms and Conditions Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. Please do not block any driveways. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Sale Description This sale is at the home of the late James and Dorothy Goodrich. They built their Medina home in 1952 where they raised their two daughters.. James was from the area and lived there all his life. Dorothy was from the Huntersville area. James worked for the state highway department in Jackson for many years. Dorothy was a homemaker and did much mission work. James and Dorothy were active members of the Antioch Baptist church. Many things in the home are vintage and mid-century items that were obtained during the past decades of living there, but some of the items are much older. We look forward to seeing you at the sale!
