TN Directions From the intersection of I-40 and Hwy 45
Bypass, go north on Hwy 45 Bypass 1.9 miles. Turn left onto Oil Well Road and
go .8 miles. Continue ahead onto Pipkin Road and go .6 miles. Turn right onto
Wellington Drive and go .3 miles. The home is on the left. Look for the
Keepsake Estate Sale sign.
Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and cash. We do not give prices by phone prior
to a sale. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and
packing materials. You will be responsible
for packing and/or loading your own items. We are not responsible for
accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. Sale Description This sale will be at the beautiful home of Dr. Stephen Goodwin and Mrs.
Sandy Goodwin. The items will
include fine furnishings and works of art.
Most of the framed paintings and prints were custom framed by Graves
Goldleaf Gallery. Also for sale is a
large collection of postage stamps.
The stamp collection includes first day covers, individual stamps,
blocks, and hundreds of panes (counter sheets). It
looks like it may be a rainy weekend, but everything will be under roof and
we will open the garage where everyone can pick up numbers and gather before
the sale begins.
