Milan, head north on Hwy 45E for 4.5 miles.
Turn right onto Cades Atwood Road and go .8 miles. Turn left onto
Walnut Grove Road and go 2.8
miles. Turn right onto Pratt Cemetery
Road and go .8 miles. The home is on the right. Look for the big yellow Keepsake Estate
Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00
AM Saturday. Bring your
own boxes and packing materials. You will be
responsible for loading your own items. We are not
responsible for accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale will be in a large lovely home in the country just northeast
of Milan. The home and garage will be
full of items for sale. We will be
