TN Directions From the intersection of I-40 and Hwy 45 Bypass, go south on Hwy 45 Bypass to South Highland Avenue. Go south on South Highland Avenue 4.2 miles. Turn left onto Overton Drive and go 450 feet to Pecan Circle. Turn left onto Pecan Circle and go 250 feet. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign on the left.
Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and , of course, cash Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and
packing materials. You will be responsible
for loading your own items. We are not responsible for
accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. We will not disclose
prices prior to the sale Sale Description The Henry sale has just the right mixture of items, furniture, rare
books, mid-century, years of collectibles from family travels, and just
enough quirky items to make this estate sale a true treasure hunt. If you are
looking for a repurpose project or an antique for that special place in your
home, then this sale is a must. Each
room is packed with unique finds, that will get your creative juices flowing.
A lot of the furniture has been in the same family for several generations and
well taken care of. Not only are the
contents for sale, but this lovely home, which is in a quiet well respected
neighborhood, is also for sale. The listing agent will have real estate
