Henson Living Estate Sale Dates and Times 3/20/2021 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) 3/21/2021 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) Location 240 Serenity Lane Sugar Tree, TN 38380 Directions Google Maps From the intersection of Hwy 412 and Hwy 641 in Parsons, head north on Hwy 641 for 8 miles. Turn right onto Old State Hwy 69 and go 1 mile. Continue straight onto Bohannon Landing Road and go 1.4 miles. Turn left onto Haynes Road and go 1.5 miles. The home is on the left. Look for the big yellow Keepsake Estate Sale sign. NOTE: If you'll be traveling I-40, take Exit 126 (Hwy 641) and go south 6 miles to Old State Hwy 69 and follow the above directions from there. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale will be in the large beautiful home of Cyndi Henson and the late Terry Henson on 310 acres in north Decatur County.  There will be a large variety of items for sale in the home and also in a 30' x 60' pole barn.  The sale will start at the home and the pole barn at the same time.
