Turn left onto Oil Well Road and go .8 miles. Continue straight ahead onto Pipkin Road and go .7 miles. Turn left onto Deepwood Drive and go 400 feet. Turn left and continue on Deepwood Drive a quarter mile. The home is on the right. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign.. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This living estate sale will be in a beautiful large home of Dr. John Jenkins and Marketia Jenkins in one of northwest Jackson’s gated communities. The entry gate to the subdivision will open at 7:00 AM Saturday and at 12:00 PM Sunday. There will be a lot of fine furniture and many other items for sale.  There will also be a room filled with fine clothing, purses, and shoes by Chico’s, Jimmy Choo, Donald Pliner, Michael Kors, Vince Camuto, Joseph Ribkoff, Alberto Makali, Bali, and more.
