Johnson Living Estate Sale Dates and Times 7/18/2020 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) 7/19/2020 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) Location 1045 Pineview Road Lexington, TN 38351 Directions Google Maps From the intersection of Hwy 412 and Hwy 22 in Lexington, head south on Hwy 22 for 7.2 miles. Turn right onto Center Hill Loop and go 1 mile. Continue right onto Center Hill Wright Road for .2 miles. Turn right onto Stegall Road and go 1.2 miles. Turn right onto Pineview Road and go 1 mile. The home is on the left. Look for the big yellow Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and, of course, cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. COVID-19 Guidelines Please practice social distancing when you arrive and while you are in the home. We will be limiting the number of customers inside the home so that social distancing can be maintained. We recommend that you bring and wear a mask while waiting to enter the home and while inside the home. Sale Description This sale will be at a beautiful home on the shore of Pine Like just south of Lexington. There will be a variety of items including a Ford F-150 truck, a Lowe pontoon boat, an E-Z-GO golf cart, a Craftsman rear-tine tiller, a kayak, furniture, appliances, things for the kitchen, guns, power tools, woodworking tools, and much more. The guest house will be full of fine women’s clothing, shoes, bags, and fragrances (some of the name brands are Michael Stars, Coco & Carmin, Easel, Pleats, Free People, Comfy, Joseph Ribhoff, Xenia, Umgee, Chicos, Brighton, Hobo, Michael Kors, Frye, Louis Vuitton. Chanel, Matisse, Fly, Bernie Mev, Merrell Coconuts, Able, J Slides, Prada, YSL, Armani, Angel, Calvin Klein, Polo, Fendi, and Romance.)
