Highland Avenue (Hwy 45) in Jackson, go south on North Highland Avenue 3
miles. Turn left onto Northwood Avenue and go 700 feet. The home is on the right. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and, of course, cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00
AM Saturday. Bring your
own boxes and packing materials. You will be
responsible for loading your own items. We are not
responsible for accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. Sale Description This sale will be at one of Jackson’s historical homes known as the
Drake-Short home on beautiful Northwood Avenue. It was most recently the home of the late
Norman and Artie Jones. The previous
owners were Senator Keith Short and his wife Rosita. The Drake family, who established Drake
Realty in Jackson, built the home in 1922. Items at the Sale Click on any thumbnail on this
