Kail Living Estate Sale Dates and Times 8/22/2020 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) 8/23/2020 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) Location 179 Windemere Circle. Jackson, TN Directions Google Maps At the intersection of I-40, North Highland (Hwy 45), and Vann Drive, go west on Vann Drive for .4 miles. Turn right onto Country Club lane and go .7 miles. Turn left onto Windemere Circle. Turn left again as you pass through the entrance and go 200 feet. The home is on the left. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. EVERYONE IS TO PARK ON THE SAME SIDE OF THE STREET. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and, of course, cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. COVID-19 Jackson-Madison County Mask Mandate In compliance with the recent Jackson-Madison County mask mandate, all customers will be required to wear masks at the sale. Anyone (except a child 2 or under) not wearing a mask will not be permitted to enter. Sale Description This sale will be at the estate of Larry and Luanne Kail in the Windemere Subdivision located in north Jackson. Larry is a contractor and has built many of the homes in Jackson. Luanne owned the Highlander in Jackson and many of the items from there will be in this sale. There is a wide variety of items including a baby grand piano, many types of furniture, lots of décor, things for the kitchen, glassware, pottery, artwork, tools, a generator, and outdoor items. There will also be lots of name brand clothing, accessories, and fragrances. Some of the brands are Ralph Lauren, Coach, Louis Vuitton, Hobo, Kate Spade, Sam Edelman, Clark, Michael Kors, Chicos, Matilda Jane, J Crew, Loft, Bonnie Jean, Lands End, and Brighton.
