Dr. Lawler Estate Sale Dates and Times 4/29/2023 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) 4/30/2023 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) Location 284 Eastern Shores Drive Lexington, TN 38351 Directions Google Maps From the intersection of Highway 412 and Highway
22 in Lexington, head west on Highway 412 (West Church Street) for 1.3
miles. Turn right onto Eastern Shores
Drive and go 1 mile. Watch for
new very tall speed bump just before you arrive. The home is on the
right. Look for the big yellow
Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00
AM Saturday. Bring your
own boxes and packing materials. You will be
responsible for loading your own items. We are not
responsible for accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale
will be in a large beautiful home in the Eastern Shores Subdivision.
The home will be full of items for sale and so will the large garage and
shop. This sale will feature Dr. Lawler's collection of antique MG
cars. He also had a large collection of diecast
model cars, trucks, and tractors. There will be a Farmall
Cub tractor and a large assortment of power tools and equipment. We are
