Maps JACKSON: From the intersection of Industrial
Rd. (Hwy 70) and East Chester, head east on East Chester for 2.1 miles. Turn right onto Mifflin Rd. (Hwy 8162) and
go 7.9 miles. Turn right onto Diamond
Grove Rd., (Hwy 197) and go 1 mile. The
home is on the right. Look for the big
yellow Keepsake Estate Sale sign. LEXINGTON:
From the intersection of Hwy 22 and Hwy 22A, head west on Hwy 22A
for .6 miles. Turn right onto Hwy 200
and go 1.6 miles. Turn left onto Life
Cut Off Rd. and go 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 200
and go 7.6 miles to Mifflin. Turn right
onto Mifflin Rd. (Hwy 197) and go 4.6 miles.
Turn left onto Diamond Grove Rd., (Hwy 197) and go 1 mile. The home is on the right. Look for the big yellow Keepsake Estate Sale
sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00
AM Saturday. Bring your
own boxes and packing materials. You will be
responsible for loading your own items. We are not
responsible for accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale
will be in a large home southeast of Jackson. In the home will be
furniture, antiques, collectibles, musical instruments, and much more. The
garage also serves as a work area and will contain many items that include
power equipment and tools. Outside is
a 36 ft. fifth wheel RV, Chevy Silverado 2500 HD, a bass/crappie boat, two
pontoon boats, a personal watercraft, a small boat, a mid-century aluminum
runabout, a popup camper, a 5’ x 10’ utility trailer, and more. In the 30 ft. x 50 ft. pole barn will be
power tools/equipment, hand tools, fishing gear, and a large assortment of
