Highland Ave. (Hwy. 45) in Jackson, go south on North Highland 1 mile. Turn
right onto Lambuth Blvd. and go 1.1 miles. The home is on the left. Look for
the Keepsake Estate Sale sign.
Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and , of course, cash Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and
packing materials. You will be responsible
for loading your own items. We are not responsible for
accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. Sale Description This downsizing sale is for Dan
and Brenda Nichols . It will be in
central Jackson at a beautiful large home that was built in the 1930s. There will be an antique baby grand piano,
