Our Services

Free Consultation:

We will come to the home, assess the items to be sold, discuss your individual needs, determine possible dates for a sale, and answer your questions.

Sale Preparation:

We will organize, research, price, and display your items, as well as inventory items to be sold.  Depending on the size of the estate, our preparation for a sale commonly takes two to three weeks, as it is our desire to achieve the highest price for your estate possible. When necessary, we have appraisal services available.

Advertising:

Advertising is a critical component of any successful sale.  All advertising techniques will be integrated for maximum results in order to appropriately publicize your sale.  The public, as well as antique dealers across the country will have access to this information.  We will insert ads in your local and regional newspaper, advertise with photos and descriptions on our Internet site, as well as www.EstateSales.net, distribute sale information to our e-mail notification list, and post directional signs in the immediate area prior to the sale.

The Event:

Estate Sales are commonly held for 2 to 3 days.  We will take care of all aspects of the sale event, signs, permits, staff, security personnel, etc.  Depending on the amount and value of your merchandise, we may bring in additional items to increase interest and customer flow for the sale.

Boxing unsold items for local charitable organizations:

Organizations such as the Salvation Army, Goodwill Industries, or others will accept your unsold items and provide you with a tax deductible receipt.  If wou wish, we will box up unsold items and deliver them to a local charitable organization.
