Sigafoose Living Estate Sale Dates and Times 5/18/2019 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) 5/19/2019 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) Location 280 Lakewood Drive Jackson, TN 38301 Directions Google Maps AVOID EXTREMELY SLOW EASTBOUND TRAFFIC ON I-40 FROM JACKSON BY USING THIS ALTERNATE ROUTE FROM JACKSON: Take Hwy 70 East to Hwy 412 East.  Go 5 miles and turn left onto Hartmus Lane (look for our directional signs). On Hartmus Lane, go 1.6 miles to Springbrook Drive.  Turn left onto Springbrook Drive and go .1 miles.  Turn left onto Lakewood Drive and go 1 mile. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. FROM LEXINGTON: Take Hwy 412 West to Law Road (Hwy 152), head north on Law Road .9 miles to Hartmus Lane, which is the first left adjacent to the I-40 westbound on-ramp. Go 1.2 miles on Hartmus Lane. Turn right onto Springbrook Drive and go .1 miles. Turn left onto Lakewood Drive and go 1 mile. The home is on the right. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale will be in a home located at Springbrook Lake just northeast of Jackson. The Mr. and Mrs. Sigafoose collected many things and much of what they collected will be for sale. Mr. Sigfoose has collected pottery for over 40 years and he has written two editions of “American Art Pottery”. The lake home is full of a variety of antiques, vintage items, mid-century items, and more. In the garage and storage buildings will be lots of tools and equipment, including several lawn mowers. One of the mowers is a Cub Cadet lawn tractor.. More bargains to be found in the Springbrook community this weekend! The people living at Springbrook Lake Estates will be having their neighborhood garage sale Friday and Saturday, May 17 & 18, from 8:00AM until 4:00PM.
