TN 38006 Directions From the intersection of I-40 and Hwy 412
(Exit 79) in Jackson, go west on Hwy 412 12 miles. Exit onto 79 & 70A
west toward Bells and go 1.7 miles. Turn right (west) onto Hopkins Avenue and
go 300 feet. The home is on the right. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale
sign. Note: The address has changed recently, so GPS
navigation devices may direct you to turn east on Hopkins Avenue instead of
west. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and cash. We do not give prices by phone
prior to a sale. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and
packing materials. You will be responsible
for packing and/or loading your own items. We are not responsible for
accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. Sale Description This sale will be in a large home in Bells (less than 15 minutes from
Jackson). The items for sale will
include several guns, sports equipment, exercise equipment, and a variety of
fine furnishings. The
First Methodist Church will graciously allow customers to park in the church
