Please use Google Maps to go to 155 Highway 152, Medina, TN or use the following directions: From the intersection if I-40 and Hwy 70 just east of Jackson, head north on Hwy 70 toward Huntingdon for 7 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 152 and go three quarters of a mile. The home is on the left. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. See important information about parking below! Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale will be at a home near the Spring Creek community on Highway 152.  There will be a large variety of items for sale.  We may allow outside shopping to start at 8:45 am Saturday. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PARKING Highway 152 has narrow shoulders at this location and parking on them is not advisable. The next door neighbor on the east side (149 Hwy 152) has given permission for people to park in his front and back yards.  Please respect the property, do not block the driveway leading to the back yard, and do not go beyond the apple tree that is near the end of the back yard.  NEITHER THE NEIGHBOR NOR WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS. THE HIGHWAY HAS A BLIND CURVE NEAR TO THE WEST, SO DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE WEST OF THE HOME AND USE CAUTION WHEN YOU ARRIVE AND LEAVE.
