Weller Living Estate Sale Dates and Times 3/9/2019 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) 3/10/2019 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) Location 518 Lakeshore Drive Lexington, TN 38351 Directions Google Maps From the intersection of Hwy 22 and Hwy 412 in Lexington, head west on Hwy 412 for 1.3 miles. Turn right onto Eastern Shores Drive and go 1.7 miles. Turn left onto Harbor Drive and go .1 miles. Turn left onto Lakeshore Drive and go .5 miles. The home is on the right. Look for the Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible for loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale will be at the home of Jean Weller and the late Dr. Norman Weller. It is located in the Eastern Shores Subdivision overlooking Beech Lake. The home, its garage, and a detached garage/workshop will be full of items for sale. Along with the modern items will be antiques and vintage items. In the workshop, there will be a lot of tools and equipment, which include two riding mowers, gas powered lawn tools, electric powered lawn tools, power woodworking tools, hand tools, and more. There will also be an assortment of fishing rods, reels, tackle boxes, and lures (lots of lures). Also for sale will be a 2012 GMC Yukon.
