Wharton Estate Sale Dates and Times 7/17/2021 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Saturday) 7/18/2021 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM (Sunday) Location 65 Presley Road Lexington, TN 38351 Directions Google Maps From the intersection of Hwy 412 and Hwy 22 in Lexington, head south on Hwy 22 for 3.8 miles. Turn left onto Presley Road and go 300 feet. The home is on the left. Look for the big yellow Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and packing materials. You will be responsible f or loading your own items. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. Please do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This sale will be at a home just south of Lexington.  There will be many items for sale, including a Palomino Puma 19 ft. travel trailer, Ford Expedition, Chrysler Town and Country, Ford Ranger, three Cub Cadet zero turn mowers, two Cub Cadet tractor type mowers, two utility trailers, and more.  There will be a house, detached garage, workshop, and storage building full of things for sale.  The home, all the other buildings (including a large barn), and almost 14 acres are for sale and being listed by Darlene Dyer with Crye-Leike Preferred Realty in Lexington. The home and detached garage are on a 3 acre tract on the north side of Presley Road. The large barn and other buildings are on a 10.8 acre tract on the south side of the road. This is Sweetie Pie the donkey and she needs a new home. She will be free to someone who is caring and has the proper facilities (photos required). All we ask is that the new owner has her checked by a veterinarian. She’s a little shy and usually hangs out in the woods near the east end of the 11-acre tract during the daytime, so she will not be available for a spur-of-the-moment viewing.
