Maps From the intersection of I-40 and North Highland Ave. (Hwy
45) in Jackson, head north on North Highland Ave. for 1 mile. Turn right onto Ramblewood Drive and
go 1/2 mile. Turn left onto
Shiloh Drive and go 900 feet. Turn right onto
MCO Road and go 400 feet. Turn left onto Woodgrove Drive and
go 350 feet. The home is on
the right. Look for the
Keepsake Estate Sale sign. Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and cash. Numbers will be given out at 8:00
AM Saturday. Bring your
own boxes and packing materials. You will be
responsible for loading your own items. We are not
responsible for accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. We do not reveal prices prior to a sale. Sale Description This living estate sale will be in the beautiful home of
couple who are downsizing and leaving a smoke and pet-free house full of
items. If you're decorating for Fall and upcoming holidays, this will
be a good sale to attend. In the garage will be hand tools and power
tools. There will also be a Fisher 'Marsh Hawk 3V' fishing boat with
