Tree, TN Directions From the intersection of Highway 412 and Highway 69 in
Parsons, go north on Highway 69 8 miles. Turn right onto Old Highway 69 and
go .9 miles. At the intersection, continue straight onto Bohannon Landing
Road and go 3 miles. The home is on the left. Look for the Keepsake Estate
Sale sign. Note: On maps the name
of the road is spelled “Bohannon”,
but on some of the street signs it is spelled “Bohanas”. We don’t know why.
Terms and Conditions We accept credit/debit cards,
checks, and , of course, cash Numbers will be given out at 8:00 AM Saturday. Bring your own boxes and
packing materials. You will be responsible
for loading your own items. We are not responsible for
accidents or injuries. Please
do not block any driveways. We will not disclose
prices prior to the sale Sale Description We invite you to make the scenic drive to Sugar Tree for the living
estate sale of J. R. and Frankie Wicker.
The home Is located on a winding country road about a mile from the
Tennessee River. While preparing for
the sale, we have enjoyed this peaceful and scerene area. If you’re looking for a nice vacation home
